Job Description:

The Performance Manager successfully articulates value, inspires, and empowers customers in adopting the Cloud DMS. This individual is a trusted advisor and coach, who provides customers with a roadmap for success that endures long after the sale. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer expectations in a professional, timely, and thorough manner.
  • Nurture customer relationships by listening to needs and by seeking fair and timely solutions on behalf of customers.
  • Marshal customers to be references, provide quotes, develop case studies, participate in events.
  • Master the detailed functions and features of BookingSuite BackOffice.
  • Demonstrate experience leveraging social networks to achieve business ROI.
  • Initiate and close upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver successful customers to the contract renewal cycle and, when necessary, support the renewals process to minimize customer attrition.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in web marketing, account management or project management
  • BA from four year university or equivalent.
  • Comfortable communication with customers: cool/calm/positive.
  • Ability to pivot and to prioritize.
  • Passionate about finding solutions any time, any place, any way.
  • Strong voice in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Zendesk and Salesforce a plus.
